Earth Observing Satellite Launched By ISRO - EOS-01 Along With 9 Other Satellites

ISRO has Launched a Satellite EOS - 01  to observe the Earth :

1. India's PSLV - C49 successfully launched EOS-01  along with 9 international satellites from Satish Dhawan space centre Sriharikota .

 2. EOS - 01 , an earth observation satellite is 
intended for applications in agriculture , Forestry and disaster management support

2. After 15 minutes and 20 seconds lift off EOS - 01 and all 9 commercial satellites were successfully injected in their intended orbits

3. The nine customer satellites are from Lithuania ( 1 ) , Luxembourg ( 4 ) and United states of America ( 4 )
